To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp (+971 50 256 2213) or email ([email protected]) with your booking reference and full name. We aim to respond within 1 hour.
In the rare event that extreme weather or safety conditions require us to cancel your tour, you will be offered a full rescheduling at no cost or a full refund. We will notify you at least 3 hours in advance.
Private and luxury safari bookings require 48 hours notice for free cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% holding fee.
