When you book a tour or contact us, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup location, tour date and number of guests. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are made in cash on arrival.
We use your information to confirm and arrange your booking, send reminders and provide customer support. Email enquiries are delivered through Brevo and our email provider. If you choose WhatsApp, your details are included in a message you can review and send through WhatsApp. We also share necessary booking details with transport partners to deliver your tour. We do not sell your personal information.
This website uses Google Tag Manager for analytics tags and records interactions such as tour selections and contact-link clicks. Booking and enquiry details are used to arrange your requested experience; they are not included in the interaction events implemented by this website.
We retain booking records for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
