When you book a tour or contact us, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup location, tour date and number of guests. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are made in cash on arrival.
We use your information solely to confirm and arrange your booking, send reminders and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except our transport partners as required to deliver your tour.
We retain booking records for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
